Hi. I want to introduce probably easiest way to get money from Your existing domains or build a successful biz on portfolio of expired domains with Pagerank.
Selling backlinks is awesome opportunity to sell link value of site that doesn’t have much traffic to monetize. But if You’ve build successful site with relevant pagerank, why would You sell it?
It can be very profitable cause imagine having 8 adspaces on PR5 site each earning 20-40$ a month (with TLA - but there’s hard to get approved).
But You don’t need to. You can just buy some expired domains with PR2-5 each day.
Then You make some small site with relevant content to original sites content (check http://www.archive.org to see cached old versions).
So. Where to buy such domains and how to avoid domains with fake pagerank?
Best place for me is TDNAM - godaddys aftermarket. First register at
Godaddy.com and same account will work there:

Then hit http://www.tdnam.com
and search for domains (lineup domains with “bids” and if You see domain with very small traffic getting bid, then check the pagerank).
You can also search google for other services that find expired domains with pagerank but most of listed domains have fake pagerank.
Ok, I got domain with PR3, enough backlinks so it’s valid PR3. I have set minisite with content relevant to previous site on that domain.

The easiest way to sell text link and get tons of advertisers is at:
Ok, You don’t get much money for links but You have high chance to sell whole adspace. Also quality (relevancy) of backlinks isn’t checked. Sell also homepage and subpage to maximazi earnings.
And still comparing to buying PR4 site at Tdnam for 50$, that will earn You 30-50$ a month is awesome.
Or just buying PR2 for 10$ that will make 10$ a month.

There are other companies like Text-link-ads but text link ads almost never approve expired site due to lack of relevant backlinks and also TLA needs hundreds of backlinks to >PR4 site to get approved.
Direct-link-ads aren’t good too, cause they have very few advertisers and prices are low as at backlinks.com (but backlinks sells about 3x more links).
